Despite more than $70B annual spending in cyber security solutions, organizations continue to face an uphill battle answering the question of whether they are secure, understanding where to prioritize their resources and validating their security controls. What is needed is a better process to inform defense-- one that understands how a potential attacker views, prioritizes and targets an infrastructure and then how they reach their ultimate target.  Using real-world case studies, we will share the breach methods that hackers are using and discuss how to develop an offensive security framework that complements your defensive security mechanisms
